In 2018, CEO and Founder Youlanda G. White was guided by a strong vision and purpose to serve youth through resources, nurturing, and the teaching of essential life skills. This vision led to the establishment of Gracie’s Cove Foundation,
a safe and supportive space dedicated to empowering young people.
Gracie’s Cove was created to be a refuge and a resource—where youth can receive guidance, encouragement, and the tools needed to grow, heal, and succeed. Through her leadership,
Mrs. White has demonstrated that true success comes from an interdisciplinary approach that harmonizes challenges and realities to help every young lady and young man reach their full potential.
Her guiding motto, which she instills in every youth she encounters, is simple yet powerful:
“Do good Be good”
The name Gracie is inspired by grace, representing beauty of form, kindness, mercy, and favor.
